DR. DENNIS BARTHA, PT, DPT
I joined Revolution Rehabilitation in August of 2015. I enjoy treating the mixture of orthopedic neurological cases I see at Rev Rehabilitation.
I grew up in Oregon and graduated from Linfield College with a degree in Exercise Science before earning my doctorate degree from Regis University.
In my free time, I snowboard, explore the outdoors, and work my way through the numerous Colorado breweries, which are second only to those in Oregon. I’m interested in pursuing further education in manual and orthopedic specialties as well as trigger point dry needling.
DR. AIMEE ST. ANDRE PT, DPT
I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from University of Colorado in 2012. After four years as a traveling physical therapist in Colorado Oregon and Hawaii, I joined Revolution Rehab in December 2016.
I have a wide scope of physical therapy experience–everything from outpatient and skilled nursing to school therapy, and geriatric and pediatric home health settings. I work to help patients from all ages of lie to heal, rehabilitate, and reach new foundational motor skills, achieve greater independence, or reach the next level of fitness.
My passion is to enhance the quality of life for people who have pain or decreased function and to rehabilitate and educate them with the tools necessary to improve overall fitness and prevent future injury. I am Level 1 certified in trigger point dry needling. I’m a lifelong learner and will soon add trigger point dry needling Level 2 certification as well a manual therapy and functional movement screen certification.
I am an advocate for the outdoors and I truly want to inspire and help people to experience the outdoors and nature to their fullest capabilities. Currently I am learning how to white water kayak and lead rock climb. I mountain bike, trail run, lift, and belong to a rock climbing gym which all keep my body prepared for the outdoors, helping others, and being an advocate for health and wellness. I value healthy eating also as it is a very important necessity to becoming the best YOU! I bring to Revolution Rehab an understanding of body awareness, fitness and injury prevention to progress my clients to the next level in their health and rehabilitation.

I have a passion for helping patients rehabilitate so they can pursue their active lifestyles at home, work, play and in the community. I have worked with Revolution Rehabilitation since May 2015.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, studying, tutoring preschoolers, hiking, or adventuring with my family.
Front Desk / Rehab Technician
I moved to Colorado in the summer of 2014 on a whim and love it here! I attended the University of Texas in San Antonio and studied Biology with an emphasis on pre-med.
My favorite part of my job is being able to help patients feel better so they can get back to what they enjoy pain free. In my free time I like to spend my time outside and enjoy reading, hiking, running, gardening and traveling.
