DR. DENNIS BARTHA, PT, DPT
I joined Revolution Rehabilitation in August of 2015. I enjoy treating the mixture of orthopedic neurological cases I see at Rev Rehabilitation.
I grew up in Oregon and graduated from Linfield College with a degree in Exercise Science before earning my doctorate degree from Regis University.
In my free time, I snowboard, explore the outdoors, and work my way through the numerous Colorado breweries, which are second only to those in Oregon. I’m interested in pursuing further education in manual and orthopedic specialties as well as trigger point dry needling.

As a Certified Manual Therapist, Sarah emphasizes an individualized “hands on” approach that utilizes advanced manual techniques in combination with therapeutic exercise to maximize her patient’s success with their rehabilitative journey. Sarah is also a Level 1 Dry Needling specialist. As a kid, Sarah was in and out of physical therapy as an avid soccer player and fell in love with the profession, as well as the idea of helping people regain their functionality and return to sport. Sarah moved to Colorado from Indiana a few years ago as she enjoys the accessibility of the outdoors lifestyle. In her spare time she enjoys playing soccer, travelling overseas to Australia and Europe, hiking with her black lab, skiing at Breckenridge and spending time with her friends and relatives in the area.

I have a passion for helping patients rehabilitate so they can pursue their active lifestyles at home, work, play and in the community. I have worked with Revolution Rehabilitation since May 2015.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, studying, tutoring preschoolers, hiking, or adventuring with my family.
Front Desk / Rehab Technician
I moved to Colorado in the summer of 2014 on a whim and love it here! I attended the University of Texas in San Antonio and studied Biology with an emphasis on pre-med.
My favorite part of my job is being able to help patients feel better so they can get back to what they enjoy pain free. In my free time I like to spend my time outside and enjoy reading, hiking, running, gardening and traveling.
